In this program, we will delve into the world of Pilates, learning the basics of the technique and advancing your skills on the mat. We will cover a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of Pilates, ensuring that you leave the course feeling confident and knowledgeable.

Together we will explore the history of Pilates, learn about its creator, Joseph Pilates, and the principles behind his method. You will develop a keen understanding of the importance of proper form and alignment in Pilates exercises, which is essential for achieving the intended benefits and preventing injuries.

This program will breakdown every movement in the basic and intermediate mat Pilates sequences in order to perform the exercise and understand its purpose. This knowledge will take you further in your Pilates journey, enabling you to perform more complex and advanced exercises. You will learn about muscle anatomy and how to use it to create stronger and more efficient movements during Pilates exercises.

Additionally, you will explore the concept of breathing techniques and how they contribute to the overall effectiveness of Pilates exercises. Throughout the course, we will emphasize the importance of practice and consistency, and will provide you with guidance and support to help you achieve your goals.
